Sarah became internationally recognised on Friday 29th April this year when Kate Middleton showed the world her wedding dress.

A global audience of over 160 million watched the wedding, catapulting the creative director of Alexander McQueen, into the spotlight. She also designed maid of honour Pippa Middleton’s dress and the bride’s evening dress.

Sarah joined fashion brand Alexander McQueen firstly as an intern and became full-time following her studies at the Central Saint Martins College in 1997. She was appointed Head of Womenswear in 2000 and Creative Director in 2010.
