Camilla is the founder and director of Kids Company and has been a psychotherapist for more than twenty years.  Camila founded the charity in 1996 in six converted railway arches in London. 

Kids Company provides practical, emotional and educational support to vulnerable inner-city children.  The services reach 14,000 children across London, including the most deprived and at risk whose parents are unable to care for them due to their own practical and emotional challenges.

Camila has become an advocate for vulnerable children, speaking regularly at conferences.
